Course Enrolment

Enrolment requests submitted through our website are subject to availability. A confirmed enrolment is binding once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Course fees are as stated on our website at the time of enrolment. Full payment is required before the course start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation and Refunds

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future course.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, though course credit may be offered at our discretion.
If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course.

Course Transfers

You may transfer your enrolment to a different course date or programme up to 7 days before the original start date, subject to availability. One transfer is permitted per enrolment. Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee.

Attendance and Conduct

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and participate constructively. We reserve the right to remove participants who behave disruptively or disrespectfully. No refund will be provided in cases of removal for misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including workbooks, presentations, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of aspenlark. Materials are provided for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials without written permission is prohibited.
